다운로드 스테이션에 환경설정으로 진입 >
일반(general)텝에 Tempray location 공간을 실제 사용 공간으로 선택 후 저장

I had the same issue, and solved the problem.
It turned out that, although there was plenty of space on the partition of the _destination_ folder, my _temporary download_ folder was on a partition that was, indeed, full.
You can change the location of the temporary folder by clicking on the "gear" icon at the bottom-left of the Download Station (/!\ bottom left, not the "Settings" button on the top).
Hope this can solve your problem!
