1. 다음 프로그램을 이용
Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter Solution Accelerator

2. 설치 후 Command line 명령어로 Converting하면 됩니다.
3. 설치파일 첨부

1. 다음과 같이 나오면서 VMware실행 불가하다면 Hyper-V를 삭제 후
2. 관리자 권한으로 CMD 후 다음 명령어 입력 후 재부팅.

경로에 " " 붙여 줘야 합니다.
ESXi 5.5 update1 SSH 접속 하기
먼저 esxi에서 F2를 눌러 환경설정으로 진입 합니다.
1. Troubleshooting Options 으로 진입
2. ESXi Shell, SSH 2가지 항목을 Enable합니다.
3. 좋아하는 SSH클라이언트로 서버에 SSH접속을 하면 됩니다.
4. ESXi 5.5 에 라이센스를 적용하여 활성화 하려면 아래의 링크와 이미지를 참고 합니다.
